Who I Am
I'm Rosen Mitev — a PMP®-certified engineering leader at Bosch, based in Sofia, Bulgaria. I drive results through structured delivery, leadership and continuous improvement — on the job and on the pitch.
The Long Version
I started my career writing embedded C for AUTOSAR platforms in the automotive industry and spent years deep in microcontrollers, RTOS configurations and OEM integration projects for Visteon.
Over time I moved from individual contributor to Product management and then Engineering Lead — not because I stopped loving the technical side, but because I realised the highest-leverage work is in building the conditions for a team to do its best work.
Today at Bosch I lead delivery within SAFe across two major programs, managing cross-functional teams of 18 engineers and working at the intersection of strategy, architecture and people development.
Outside the office I hold a PMP® certification, a SAFe® PO/PM credential and an Executive MBA — and I am actively expanding into DevOps, Kubernetes and AI. Continuous improvement is not just a retrospective agenda item for me.
